I created this “Rest & Recharge” meditation because I believe it is crucial to invite moments of stillness and a sense of just BEING IN THE PRESENT MOMENT into our stressful daily life. More so, when we are facing difficult situations. Then it is even more important to first pause, breath deeply, and properly ground ourselves instead of mentally racing ahead and thinking of solutions. When we are calm and grounded, and connected to our inner wisdom we are tapping into the most powerful help available to us
