This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through “SayulitaHolisticBodywork.com”, (“we”, “us”, “our”) and covers: Private sessions for hands-on treatments and breathwork and online sessions for breathwork. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Cancellations for private sessions in person or online (Before Start Date)
Before the Start Date: If you cancel at least 72 hours before the Start Date, you are eligible for a full refund minus 10 USD handling fees.
Close to the Start Date: If you cancel fewer than 72 hours before the Start Date, you are eligible for no refund because resources, scheduling, and access may have already been provisioned.
Cancellations for online group sessions
The ticket sale for online group sessions is final. No refund whatsoever.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Send your request to sayulitaholisticbodywork@gmail.com with the subject line: Refund Request
Please include: (1) full name, (2) purchase email, (3) name or service.
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund. Taxes/fees may be handled according to applicable rules and the payment provider’s policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
