During the session, you will experience:

  • A 30 minute introduction so that you will feel well prepared even if you have never had this kind of experience
  • A one-hour inner journey to a powerful, specially curated music set where you lie down with your eyes closed. An eye mask will be provided.
  • 30 minutes of Integration to stabilize, ground, and close the session.

Whether you’re looking for emotional release, clarity, deeper presence, or simply a renewed sense of energy, group breathwork allows you to tap into your body’s natural intelligence while being carried by the momentum of collective practice.

You can set up an undisturbed space and create a cozy environment where you feel safe and comfortable, on a couch or bed away from the rest of the family. Wear comfortable clothing for unrestricted breathing and movement during the session. Try not to have a full meal right before your session, as this allows your body to focus its energy on the breathwork process instead
of digestion.

You will need a stable internet connection and preferably use a computer instead of your phone to ensure a better sound quality (over wireless headphones or external speakers).

Yes, the session is designed to release anxiety and other emotions like sadness, anger and frustration.

Please wear comfortable clothes and take off jewelry and other sharp accessories. An eye mask, water and some fresh fruit will be provided.

Set up your space and create a cozy environment where you feel safe can deepen your experience. You can sit or lie down for this practice. Make sure that you will be undisturbed. Have enough space to make a snow angel with your hands. Don’t rush into the session. Schedule enough time for preparation, the session itself, and integration. About 3 hours in total are recommended.

Parts of your body may feel stiff, tense, or cramped. Body releases tension by first maximizing it, so it might feel intense before it gets released. Is it safe, and it always goes away.
